Pineapple Bacon Guacamole

This is actually our favorite place to get Mexican food in the Fox Valley. We start every meal with Pineapple Bacon Guacamole. We make everyone try this guacamole when they come with us and so far everyone has loved it!

Chorizo Street Tacos

Our first time to visit Sergio’s Cantina my husband tried the Pick 3 Combo Platter. He loved everything but when he tried my Chorizo Street Taco, he was hooked. I am not a professional food critic so I will not pretend to critique this meal. However, the flavor of the chorizo and sauces combined is second to none. The aspect of this taco that just put it above the rest for me would be the crispy homemade potato strings. Whoever decided to add those, is a taco genius!

A trip to Sergrio’s would not be complete without trying some of the drinks. My drink of choice would be the Strawberry Lemonade. They make this fresh when you order it. Lemon and strawberry just goes so well together. My husband is currently working his way through the margarita menu. So far he has enjoyed each one more than the last. You will have to let me know which one is your favorite.

Monday & Wednesday they have $2 tacos. Tuesday & Thursday they have 1/2 price house and fruit margaritas. Here is a full list of weekly specials.
